Continuing the tradition initiated in 2018, the Institut d’art contemporain will host its sixth Annual Dinner on Monday, December 15, 2025.
Following Lawrence Weiner’s collaboration for the IAC’s 40th anniversary in 2018, and the dinners with Daniel Buren in 2019, Tony Cragg in 2022, Bernar Venet in 2023, and Yan Pei-Ming in 2024, Les Amis de l’IAC are honored to invite the artist Ann Veronica Janssens for this new edition.
Ann Veronica Janssens has long maintained a privileged relationship with the IAC. Since Histoires contemporaines in 2003, she has regularly taken part in projects both within its walls (Distorsions, 2006) and beyond (Sources, 2013; Danse céleste, 2023). In 2009, together with Nathalie Ergino, she co-founded the Laboratoire espace cerveau, a laboratory for research and exchange. In March 2017, she transformed the entire IAC with MARS, a solo exhibition bringing together new productions and historical works. Several of her pieces are now part of the Institute’s collection and are regularly presented in prestigious institutions.
This dinner will be an opportunity to rediscover works by Ann Veronica Janssens and to unveil archival materials from the collection. For one evening, guests will gather to share a convivial moment and, through their presence, express their support for the IAC. This annual dinner, open to everyone, will take place at the heart of INTRICATIONS, the exhibition by Josèfa Ntjam. It will offer a unique chance to enjoy a memorable experience, combining a private tour of the exhibition with encounters with artists.
Considered an act of patronage, the dinner fee is treated as a donation, eligible for a tax deduction of 60% for businesses and 66% for individuals. The contribution is set at €150 per person for members of Les Amis de l’IAC and €200 for the general public.
Your support will help sustain the IAC’s mission while sharing in an exceptional evening of conviviality, encounters, and artistic discovery.
Warm regards,
Jacques Caton
