SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15

3 PM - Artist-curator visit
On the occasion of WeFrac 25, we invite you to a unique visit of Josèfa Ntjam's INTRICATIONS [Entanglements] exhibition, in the presence of the artist and Sarah Caillet, curator of the exhibition.

They will guide you behind the scenes of the exhibition: the formal choices, the mythical figures evoked, the layers of memory, and the invisible connections between voices, materials, and spaces.

A special moment where the artistic gaze and curatorial reflection intersect to reveal the folds, resonances, and potentialities of INTRICATIONS [Entanglements].

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16

4 PM-5 pm - WEEKEND VISIT
Discover the INTRICATIONS [Entanglements] exhibition with a mediator.

5 PM-6:30 PM - Screening of Space is the Place (1974)
Space is the Place (1974) is an Afrofuturist science fiction film directed by John Coney.

This futuristic cult classic offers a visionary journey through stories of reinventing Black identity, speculative cosmology, and cultural resistance. Ra, a messenger sent by the ancestors, accompanied by his Arkestra, embodies an intergalactic ambassador tasked with teleporting the Black diaspora to another planet. At the heart of Space Is the Place, jazz and the cosmos become the site of emancipation, re-enchantment of the world, and struggle.
